Welcome to the site of the hamlet of Audabiac
Set in the beautiful medieval hamlet of AUDABIAC, surrounded by the Garrigue, a wonderful vast wildlife and peaceful area, just 15 minutes from Uzes and 40 minutes from Avignon, the house is a former Protestant house from XIX century made of stone and restored with total respect to its origin providing you, the guest, the charm of yesterday and the comfort of today. A private car park is available for guests travelling by car and for those arriving by plane or train we can arrange transfers. Please call to advise.
The property consists of several houses. In the main house "Bastide" there are three large family rooms. The kitchen, dining and living room can also be found in the main house. There is a second, independent house which has been totally renovated into a large comfortable dormitory with a capacity of up to 28 persons in 7 rooms. A large dining room and kitchen are located in this house and can be used by the occupants. You may choose between self catering and bed & breakfast.
If you choose to have bed and breakfast with us, we use biological and local food to prepare you a healthy and flavoursome breakfast which will be served on the terrace during the summer time and around the fireplace in the winter time. Dinner is available on request.
We can advise you where to buy local specialities like goat's cheese, olives, olive oil, wine, vegetable, fruit, lamb directly from the village (available only in certain periods) . On request we organise an initiation to the Mediterranean kitchen or simply we propose to participate in the kitchen when preparing diner. For small groups we can organise a real cooking session with a chef from the hotel-restaurant Mirande Avignon.
We speak French, English, Russian, Czech and some German.
We Have two seminar rooms, where we can organise and accommodate birthday and other celebrating parties, weddings, seminars and banquets. One of rooms holds betweens 20-30 people, the other, former stone "Sheep-barn", up to 100 people.
The whole property is available for private exclusive hire for up to 40 people.
